Joel Obi joins Torino on four-year deal from Inter Milan

The Bulls have announced the signing of the 24-year-old Nigeria international who made 11 appearances for the Nerrazurri last season

Torino confirmed they have completed the signing of Joel Obi from Inter Milan for an estimated €2.4 million fee.
The 24-year-old has put pen to paper on a deal which is set to see him reside at the Stadio Olimpico under Giampiero Ventura until 2019.

"Joel Obi has completed a medical before signing a four-year deal to join Torino on a permanent transfer from Inter Milan. Obi will be join his new team in preseason training on July 8,” a statement from Torino read.

Obi will likely replace Morocco international El Kaddouri, who will be returning to parent club Napoli after completing a loan spell in Turin.

A youth product of Inter, he made 71 appearances for the Nerazzurri since breaking into the first team in 2010 and made 11 Serie A appearances last season.
