South Africa crush Egypt to set up a possible semi-final clash with Nigeria

The Banyana Banyana silenced the north Africans to zoom into the last four where they could face the Super Falcons for a place in the final
South African women set up a potential Nigeria clash in the African Women's Cup of Nations semi-final clash after a 4-0 bashing of Egypt in their final group clash in Limbe on Friday.
Goals from Andisiwe Mgcoyi, Nothando Vilakazi, Refiloe Jane, Jermaine Seopesenwe and Linda Motlahalo ensured coach Desiree Eliss' ladies advance in a one-sided affair at the Limbe Omnisport Stadium.
After a long wait, Mgcoyi secured Banyana Banyana goal first goal of the tournament with her 28th-minute strike before her side resumed scoring in the 60th minute through Vilakazi.
Three minutes later, substitute Jane made it 3-0 and Seopesenwe increased the tally to 4-0 in the 67th minute.
And substitute Motlahalo completed the rout with a simple tap in the 87th minute to ensure the South Africans booked a place in the semi-finals of the competition.
On the other hand, maximum points against already-eliminated Kenya will ensure Nigeria finish atop of  Group B not minding the outcome of the other group clash.
